Microsoft Visual InterDev 6 introduces the Scripting Object Model (SOM). The Scripting Object Model provides a development framework that is similar to the one used in Microsoft Visual Basic. The SOM lets you use ASP files and features of those pages the same way you use forms and components in Visual Basic. This makes building your applications much easier and the process of maintaining them a more manageable task.
