  1. Open a dropdown menu.

     

    1.

    Click on the menu name.

    or

     

    1.

    Press Alt.

    2.

    Press the underlined letter in the name of the menu. Alternatively, use the right-arrow key to move the highlighted cursor bar to the menu name, and then press the down-arrow key.

  2. Make a selection from a dropdown menu.

     

    1.

    Click on the dropdown menu.

    2.

    Click on the desired item.

    or

     

    1.

    Press the Alt key and then click on the dropdown menu. One letter in each item that is eligible to be used will be underlined.

    2.

    Press the underlined letter. Alternatively, use the down-arrow key to move the cursor bar to the desired item, and then press the Enter key.

  3. Look at all the menus in the menu bar.

     

    1.

    Press Alt/F.

    2.

    Press the right-arrow key to cycle through available menus.

  4. Close a dropdown menu.

     

    1.

    Press the Esc key, or click anywhere outside the menu.
